Position Title: (Sr.) User Interface Designer
We are looking for dynamic and talented UI designers to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the look-and-feel, information flow, and visual design of our full suite of multimedia management system and Data Mining software. You will write the user interface specifications, create any necessary art, and work closely with our engineers to implement the designs. You will also be responsible for the usability testing of the designs: develop test plans, build prototypes, conduct the tests and analyze the results.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in concept development, design ideation, and detailed specification of visual designs for user interfaces of the future and existing prototypes and product
- Produce design specifications, wireframes, storyboards, scenarios, design prototypes
- Create visual designs and user Interface design that address user requirements, including design and production of screen layouts, color palettes, typography, and interface elements.
- Collaborate with content producers, back-end developers to refine the user experience to deliver the final product
- Where necessary, setup, manage and conduct usability testing for interface designs
QUALIFICATIONS
- B.S or M.S or above Degree in art design, computer science, or related disciplines
- A minimum of 2 years experience in an interactive media or fancy UI design
- Experience building usable, and testing usability of, interfaces
- Technical skills: Must be fluent in Photo Shop, Illustrator, Flash, or similar graphics / user interface design team software. Must have solid grasp of graphic and web design principles and good understanding of current web technologies (X) HTML, JavaScript and CSS. Must be highly skilled in Interaction and Interface design – strong wireframe concept skills a must.
- Experience with Web 2.0/AJAX/Adobe Flex is a plus
- Experience with JSP/PHP is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take initiative
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision
- Confidence to participate and contribute within a fast-paced, technically aggressive, highly skilled and collegial development team
- Work under pressure of immediate deadlines
