Position: Researcher
Report to: Consultant
Responsibilities:
1.Support Consultant to conduct the proactive search as to different functions in FMCG Industry, Medical and Pharmaceutical Industry, Mining and Equipment Industry, etc;
2.Assist Consultant to set target companies for each case ,including the industry information and talent market information;
3.Make cold calls and communicate mostly through the telephone to find potential candidates and other channels(Internet search, Referrals) for candidates sourcing;
4.Conduct the telephone screening and telephone interview according to recruitment requirements;
5.Collect resume and present qualified candidates to consultant for interview; Help to arrange face to face interview between candidates and Consultant; Involve in the interview assessment with consultant;
6.Get involved in other relevant assignments, such as BD call, Document works.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above;
2.Computer proficiency is essential and Excellent written and oral English;
3.Excellent communication skills and can work stably with boutique company;
4.A background in recruiting or other sales professionals is ideal;
5.Hard working and good attitude, willing to take challenges and can work under pressure;
6.Fresh graduate is also considered who is smart and willing to learn.
