呼叫中心业务拓展经理
Point: 呼叫中心座席外包项目销售、谈判、投标、合同完成

汇报对象：呼叫中心总经理 & 上海总经理
时限：尽快，急

Job description：
1）Selling the call center outsourcing service and develop account management plan to grow existing business
2）Preparing sales proposal and presentation, negotiate with customer on price/terms and conclude sales contracts
3）Managing the project implementation and respond customers requirement to ensure customer satisfaction
4）Coaching and developing the Sales & Marketing team
5）Participate with senior management to develop and implement short- and long-term business plans and objectives to produce and measure sales, profit and other operating objectives

Requirement：
1）Degree holder, with more than 2 years experience in managing outsourcing Call Center or selling Call Center solution
2）Successful track record in Sales & Marketing management positions in companies promoting services/products is a MUST
3）Aggressive, outgoing and an entrepreneur mind for a career
4）Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese, with strong analytical and problem-solving mind
5）Strong communication and presentable skills
6）Must be able to work in fast-paced and growing environment
7）Candidate with less experience may apply for Asst. Business Development Manager

待遇：实习（当前无固定工作）45元/天，兼职（有固定工作，周末有空的）60元/天。
